Product Structure Features

4. Sealant injection valve specially installed for metal to metal seal valve, sealant flow into sealing face through injection valve and seat to reach zero leakage.
5. The disc for diversion hole valve, whatever in full open or close condition, always keep touching the seat ring to protect the sealing face from being directly eroded by medium, valve use life will be extended.
6. When fully opened, the valve's channel is smooth and linear, with an extremely small flow resisting coefficient and no pressure loss, and the pipeline can be cleaned with hair-ball through it.
7. Stem packing structure has self-sealing capacity, needless of frequent adjusting, easy to open and close and reliable sealing performance.There is an auxiliary sealant injection valve on the position of packing box, absolutely reliable sealing and truly realize zero leakage, its structure design can solve the problem of packing box leaking.
8. When valve closed, automatically discharge high pressure in cavity and ensure safety.
9. Whole sealing structure, well protection and can adapt to all requirements.
10. Indicating arm or sight-glass to show valve open and close status.
