Product features
1. Valve body flow channel design: the valve body is two-piece, the left and right valve bodies adopt streamlined design, and three-dimensional software Solidworks is used for three-dimensional modeling, and ANSYS analysis software is used for working condition flow field analysis;
2. The valve seat and the valve body are separated design, and the valve seat is sandwiched between the two valve bodies, and the valve seat is easy to replace;
3. The valve stem is equipped with an anti-rotation mechanism to ensure that the valve stem only does linear movement;
4. The valve body cavity is designed with a protective liner that is resistant to erosion and corrosion;
5. Sealing characteristics: the sealing surface of the valve seat and the valve disc seal are surfacing cemented carbide or sprayed with tungsten carbide, with high hardness and wear resistance;
6. It has anti-scarring function.
