Product Overview
HGS07 mesh flame arrester, also known as pipe mesh flame arrester, is suitable for storing Class A oil products with flash point lower than 28 ℃ and Class B oil products with flash point lower than 28 ℃. HGS07 mesh flame arrester is specially used on the fuel gas pipeline of the heating furnace. It is also suitable for vaulted tanks that store materials capped with nitrogen gas. It should be installed on the fuel gas pipeline before the fuel gas enters the nozzle to prevent flashback. When the nozzle backfires, the metal mesh in the flame arrester will be converted into heat energy due to the wall effect to extinguish the flame, so as to prevent the danger of explosion in the fuel gas pipeline caused by backfire. Its characteristics are simple production and low maintenance cost, mainly used in situations where safety requirements are not very high.
