Product description

Worm gear signal groove butterfly valve is an important component of automatic sprinkler system. The worm gear drives the shaft and the butterfly plate to rotate to realize the opening and closing and control the flow. By rotating the hand wheel of the worm gear transmission device, the butterfly plate is opened and closed and the purpose of adjusting the flow rate is achieved. The hand wheel rotates clockwise to close the valve. There is a micro switch in the box of the transmission device, which can output the closing and opening signals of the valve and display the different positions of the butterfly plate.

1. The valve adopts a centerline sealing structure design, with light torque and good sealing performance;

2. The butterfly plate and valve stem are connected by a pinless design, with good connection reliability;

3. The butterfly plate adopts rubber vulcanization as a whole, with good corrosion resistance;

4. The connection between the valve and the pipeline adopts the clamp connection form, which is convenient and fast to install;
